Minimum marks for a Pass

            A candidate who obtains not less than 40% of the marks in individual papers and not less than 50% of total marks will be declared to have passed the part I of the examination. A candidate who obtains not less 40% marks in the optional papers and not less than 50% of the total marks and not less 50% in the Dissertation will be declared to have passed part II examination

Grading of Results

A candidate who obtains not less than 60 % of the marks and clears all the papers at the first sitting shall be declared to have passed the examination in first class. Other successful candidates shall be declared to have passed in second class.

      The regulations quoted here is applicable for the M.A/M.Sc/M.Com courses only except NR and RA.
