Minimum marks for a Pass

Overall aggregate marks of the semester should not be less than 50% (50% marks in sessional not less than 40% marks in the theory examination including Project and Viva) to pass the semester. A separate minimum, of 50% is fixed for each paper

60% and above (in first attempt)      -First class

75% and above (in first attempt)    - Distinction
