EXAM APPLICATION FORMS
General Instructions
1. These forms are applicable only for admissions from 2001 onwards.
2. Candidates can use the form available here in the website or use
photostat copies of the specimen form available with the Centre
Co-ordinators of the Offcampus Centres..
3. Those who download the form from the website, should arrange it in the
same order as in the specimen copy. Special attention should be given to
arrange the application in such a manner that the hall ticket form should
be in a separate sheet of A4 paper size with instructions on the reverse
side.
4. The cost of application form is Rs. 25/-.for Centres in India and US $5/-
for Centres abroad. Candidates should remit the cost of application form
along with the examination fee by way of a single Demand Draft. The
Demand Draft shall be drawn only from SBT or SBI in favour of the
Finance Officer, Mahatma Gandhi University payable at SBT,
M.G.University Campus Branch, Priyadarshini Hills.
5. Application forms not accompanied by Demand Draft for the
required amount will be summarily rejected.
6. Applications of candidates having course fee due will be summarily
rejected. Candidates are advised to verify whether their course
fees have been forwarded to the School.
